A visit to side today by the project manager saw the first floor slab being signed off for concreting next Tuesday.
The rocks for the gabion walls are also starting to be sorted, with the smaller gravel being used to backfill behind the basement to bring this up to ground level. You can also see the water proofing that has been applied to the rear basement walls.
The project manager also took some photos of the golf course, which is now starting to green up following seeding and irrigation.
