Construction has reached a key milestone with the ground floor concrete slab now poured, providing a solid foundation for the structure above. Installation of structural posts has already commenced, beginning to shape the building’s framework and support future levels.
At the same time, waterproofing is being applied to the basement walls to ensure long-term protection against moisture and groundwater. This critical step will safeguard the basement’s integrity and maintain its durability over time. Once waterproofing is complete, backfilling will follow.
