First major problem has come up… The main drain from the road above is supposed to run through a two metre separation between the plots. However, it has been placed right on our boundary instead and means that the micro-pile wall needs to be located inside actual boundary. Not ideal, but we suspect it is quicker to accept that, than argue with the local town hall to have it moved.
