Following a shutdown over the Christmas holiday, the concrete tie beam has been completed at the mid point of the rear wall and also the capping beam on the east pile wall.
Concreting has also been done on the higher of the two west wall capping beams and the excavation and formwork completed for the lower section, ready for concreting.
It’s a good job we are one of the first to be building in this part of the urbanisation as getting earth of the hillside would be a nightmare.
